Plan with us
Already booked with Disney?
You may not have to start over. If your booking qualifies, moving it to us is free and nothing about your reservation changes.
If you booked directly with Disney within the last 30 days and have not paid in full, you can usually move the booking to us for free. Your reservation number, price and payments made so far stay the same.
This works for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and Aulani reservations.
Can your booking move?
Booked in the last 30 days
Count from the day you made the reservation.
Not paid in full
A deposit or partial payment is fine.
Booked directly with Disney
Not through another travel agency or tour operator.
If all three are true, the move is free. Your reservation number, your price and the payments you have already made do not change.
How the move works
- Send us your booking details. Your reservation number, the lead guest's name, your dates, and your resort or ship.
- Sign the transfer form. We send you Disney's reservation transfer form for our agency. You sign it and it goes to Disney.
- We take it from there. Once Disney moves the booking, we handle payments, watch for discounts you are eligible for, and help with dining and Lightning Lane.
If your booking does not qualify
A booking made more than 30 days ago, or one that is already paid in full, usually cannot be moved. The only route is to cancel it and have us rebook, and that only makes sense if your resort, room or sailing is still available and you would not lose a deposit under Disney's cancellation rules. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
Either way, we can still help with dining, reservations and planning your days.
