Frequently Asked Questions

The things people ask on nearly every first call, answered here so we can spend our time on your actual trip.

Yes, 100% free to you. Disney compensates Authorized Planners directly, so you get expert, personalized trip planning at the same price you'd pay booking on Disney's own website. No hidden fees, no service charges, no upsells.
Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani (A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii), and Adventures by Disney. I exclusively plan Disney vacations, it's all I do, which means deep expertise across every destination, not a generalist who does Disney occasionally.
The price is identical. What's different is everything around the booking, a custom itinerary built for your family, dining reservations locked in the moment the window opens, a Lightning Lane strategy, crowd calendar guidance, and someone actively monitoring your reservation for price drops. Booking yourself gets you the room. Booking with me gets you the trip.
For Walt Disney World, 6–12 months out is ideal, dining reservations open at 60 days and the best rooms book fast. For Disney Cruise Line, earlier is better (popular sailings fill a year out). That said, I've put together great last-minute trips too. Reach out whenever you are and I'll tell you honestly what's still possible.
Yes, if your booking is recent enough I may be able to transfer it to my agency at no cost. Even if not, I can still help with dining, Lightning Lane strategy, itinerary planning, and everything that happens after the booking. Reach out and tell me where you are.
Both, and honestly, experienced Disney families are some of my favorite clients because they want to go deeper. First-timers get the foundation. Repeat visitors get the strategy layers: new resorts, new experiences, new ways to see parks they've already been to. Every trip is genuinely different.
Within 24 hours, usually sooner. I answer every inquiry personally, you won't get an automated response or be passed to someone else. This is a one-person operation run by someone who genuinely loves Disney planning.
